Shipping Policy

Packages are shipped out anywhere between 24 to 72 hours after the order is received. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or are charged flat rate depending on the amount of cards ordered. Custom shipping methods are available upon request. 

We use USPS shipping for typical orders and are available to use other couriers such as, but not limited to, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. If you have custom shipping requests please contact us and make those requests known before you place the order.

Tracking numbers are provided on some but not all orders. The orders that are shipped with tracking numbers are usually orders of higher value. 

We offer free shipping methods available for purchases of “bulk” cards. The free shipping method threshold varies depending on promotions which are currently being run.
